PHB Wholesale Garments strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, while providing the best quality products and services. In order to ensure the same, PHB Wholesale Garments is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers. In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from PHB Wholesale Garments, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedbacks at [email protected], which shall revert back to you at the earliest. Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, PHB Wholesale Garments recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:
– Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.
– Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
– Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that PHB Wholesale Garments may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at [email protected], within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the PHB Wholesale Garments regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email us at [email protected], within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from PHB Wholesale Garments for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, PHB Wholesale Garments does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that PHB Wholesale Garments shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to PHB Wholesale Garments shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to PHB Wholesale Garments within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from PHB Wholesale Garments.
Safe receipt of defective product by PHB Wholesale Garments is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then PHB Wholesale Garments shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, PHB Wholesale Garments may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
Please note that Stitched Goods are not covered in Return Policy. Stitched Goods are not accepted nor replaced.
If you received a damaged item or there is manufacturing defect in the item, we will gladly initiate the refund process for your order. All you have to do is email us on: [email protected] with your order no. within a week of receiving the parcel & reason for refund of the order. After getting your refund request, we will process your refund within 4-5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.
Note: We will deduct 10% transaction charges that we have pay to our payment processors.
Order Cancellations by the Customer:
In case, we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to you after deducting 10% of order amount as admin fees. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed by us. You agree not to dispute the decision made by PHB Wholesale Garments and accept PHB Wholesale Garments’s decision regarding the cancellation.
